Apple has been hit with a new lawsuit from five customers who claim the tech giant’s smartwatch has a defect design that could ‘lead to risk of personal injury,’ the document states.
The lawsuit, filed with the US district court of Northern California, claims the area between the chaises and display does not have enough room to account for a swelling battery.
