An armed maniac lit an “incendiary device” Monday morning outside a building in Lower Manhattan Monday morning that houses federal immigration offices and courts, officials and law enforcement sources said.
The terrorism task force was investigating the incident, including probing whether it was an anti-ICE attack, according to the sources.
