A Democratic congressman who is trying to impeach President Trump was once accused of abandoning 118 beagles inside his pharmaceutical testing lab when it went bankrupt.
Rep. Shri Thanedar (D-Mich.), who announced Monday he had filed seven articles of impeachment against Trump, was forced to shutter the New Jersey lab, AniClin Preclinical Services, when the parent company that he owned filed for bankruptcy in April 2010.
