Luxury Manhattan magazine publisher Jason Binn has been arrested in New York City for allegedly molesting a girl under 17.
The founder and CEO of the glitzy magazine DuJour was charged with forcible touching intimate parts, endangering the welfare of a child and sexual abuse in the third degree.
According to the criminal complaint obtained by DailyMail.com, Binn is accused of touching the minor ‘for the purpose of [self-gratification]’ and without her consent.
