A masked suspect who opened fire at the Four Seasons in Midtown Atlanta was a full-time resident of the hotel and suffered a mental breakdown when he sparked lockdowns at the $600-a-night celeb hotspot.
Jay Stevens Berger, 70, was taken into custody around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday after spraying bullets from his 33rd-floor balcony and hurling furniture into the street below, WSB-TV reported.
