EL PASO, Texas (Border Report) – The party to celebrate a daughter’s 15th birthday kept going through the wee hours of the morning. Then a pickup arrived and men with guns got out. They went in and opened fire on hosts and guests, killing eight and leaving 26 other wounded.
Two years after the massacre in Cajeme, authorities in Sonora, Mexico, announced the capture of the drug cartel cell leader they believe masterminded the mass shooting.
