Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has branded the US-Israeli military campaign “Operation Epic Mistake,” a jab at Washington’s codename for Operation Epic Fury. He dismissed claims that Iran had been preparing attacks on US forces as “a sheer and utter lie.”
“The sole purpose of that lie is to justify Operation Epic Mistake, a misadventure engineered by Israel and paid for by ordinary Americans,” he wrote on X.
