Over 4,000 Pounds of Pork Have Been Recalled Due to Possible Plastic Contamination

If you have pork loin fritter in your refrigerator or freezer, head there right now and check the label: The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service recommends inspecting it for your safety—and possibly tossing it out. The public health agency announced that Oklahoma-based AdvancePierre Foods is recalling 4,137 pounds of this meat after hard pieces of plastic were found inside of it.
