Update, Nov. 20: On Friday night, Elon Musk tweeted that the issue had been addressed. “Should be coming back online now. Looks like we may have accidentally increased verbosity of network traffic,” he wrote. DownDetector.com was also showing that outage reports had more or less stopped later in the evening. Based on several posts on Twitter, it seems that Tesla owners around the world are reporting not being able to connect their phone to their vehicle or, in some cases, not even being able to start the car.
