At the White House briefing this afternoon, President Trump told a sea of reporters that he could ‘destroy a country’ but is ‘not allowed to charge them a little fee.’

Facing a packed briefing room, the President appeared visibly incensed by recent judicial roadblocks to his economic agenda after the Supreme Court struck down his sweeping worldwide tax.
