A strange item has been discovered near to the remaining Nord Stream pipeline.
Danish investigators announced the find, describing it as a tubular object roughly 40cm by 10cm.
It was found near the last intact pipeline following last year’s explosions under the Baltic sea.
Photographs from the site show the cylinder protruding from the sea bed close to the pipeline.
