A woman has died in the UK five weeks after receiving her first dose of the AstraZeneca COVID vaccine in Australia. The Therapeutic Goods Administration reported the woman’s passing in a statement on Thursday and said investigations to determine her cause of death were underway.
Her age was not disclosed.
