In the serene landscapes of northeastern Italy, an artifact has emerged from the depths of history—a stone disk etched with enigmatic engravings resembling a celestial map. The discovery was announced in a press release by the Italian National Institute for Astrophysics (INAF).

Seemingly mundane yet profoundly enigmatic, this ancient relic may hold the key to unraveling the mysteries of a supernova explosion lost to the annals of time. Among the many castles in the Karst area, that of Rupinpiccolo is one of the best preserved.
