Cara Delevingne has once again appeared worse for wear as she was spotted in her parked car in West Hollywood taking drops of an unknown liquid from a pipette and smoking in the driver’s seat.
DailyMail.com saw the 30-year-old model changing her clothes inside her Audi before stopping at a sex shop and browsing for about 30 minutes on Melrose Ave on Wednesday afternoon.
At one point, the British-born beauty was seen with a long round object – resembling a pipe – in her mouth, rubbing her face and blowing her nose multiple times.
