Not much changed overnight with the Lava Fire, which was burning in brush and timber northeast of Weed on Sunday.
The lightning-caused fire remained at 220 acres and 25% contained as of Sunday morning. The fire was burning south of Highway 97 in second-growth timber and brush, according to Inciweb fire information website.
