In what’s been dubbed the ‘most convincing’ UFO encounter, a man ended up with severe burns and melted fingertips after getting too close to a disc-shaped object in one of Canada’s most infamous UFO cases.
The bizarre event unfolded during the summer of 1967 when Stefan Michalak, a Polish national who’d made Canada his home, was exploring Falcon Lake in Manitoba. Stefan, a hobbyist geologist, had been scouring the locale for gold and quartz.
