During a special operation in Ukraine, under way since 24 February, Russian troops have only destroyed the country’s military infrastructure with high-precision weapons, which don’t target Ukrainian civilians, according to the Russian Defence Ministry.
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has said that there are now 100,000 US troops in Europe as NATO ramps up its presence on the bloc’s eastern flank amid Russia’s ongoing special military operation in Ukraine.
