MILAN, MI – A prison inmate who admitted to killing a convicted child predator in federal prison a month after the man was sentenced has been sentenced to additional prison time for his role in the brutal assault.
United States District Court Judge Paul D. Borman sentenced Adam Taylor Wright, Oct. 12, to 24 years and 4 months in federal prison for the death of fellow inmate Christian Maire who was beaten and stabbed to death in the Milan Correctional Facility in 2019, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
