HARFORD COUNTY, Md. (WBFF) — The victim of a fatal single-engine plane that crashed in a field Tuesday in Havre De Grace has been identified as a retired U.S. Army Major General, a high-ranking military leader.
According to the Harford County Sheriff’s Office, the victim was identified as Anthony W. Potts, 59, of Aberdeen.
