Woke school districts are facing backlash for screening their teacher applicants about their political beliefs because they favor left-wing ideology on race and gender.
The controversial hiring practice, which is being use in more than 500 districts across the US, asks applicants how they would incorporate race and gender into their daily lessons and about what they have done to combat racism in their personal and professional lives.
