“The International Criminal Court in The Hague signed and issued an international arrest warrant for the President of Russia and the Ombudsman for Children.
“The court clarification states: Vladimir Putin and Maria Lvova-Belova are suspected of illegal deportation of Ukrainian children.
“This accusation is partly based on a report that contains a link to the information of the Ukrainian Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights and Rehabilitation of Children Daria Gerasimchuk.
